RPG Website Header

I've been drawing/painting a lot lately to come up with something for a header image so that I could begin work on the website itself (this is for the RPG I have been working on, in the loosest definition of the term 'working' ). Finally, I decided I would begin work on the code itself tomorrow, on New Year's Day, whether the artwork was completed or not.

Last night, after numerous scrapped pieces, I scribbled (literally) a figure on the photoshop canvas and started defining it. I may play around with this technique more later on - though I was not entirely pleased with the product, it seemed to give a very interesting flow. For this piece, anyways, the quality of the figure isn't of too great importance, since it is going to be presented in a fairly small size. It merely needed to look decent, and needed to have a gap of solid colour in the middle, so that it could be extended across various monitor resolutions.

There's a good chance this piece will be replaced before I'm done the website, but it's always nice to have something done before working on the intricacies of the code and the layout.
